INTRODUCTION

The recorder consort I play with, 440 Five, has a tremendous appetite forgood music. We enjoy our own arrangements and compositions as well asothers' published works. We have played the music in this catalogue a lotand include many of the pieces in our public performances.

I have tended away from adding expression marks such as phrasing andarticulation because I believe that they point to essential elements ofmusic that are very much matters of individual taste.

This is a small enterprise for a limited market so please pay when makingan order. I will endeavour to send the music to you as soon as I can to theaddress on your order form. Let me know if you have any particular needs asI am constantly considering new arrangements and may be able to writesomething that particularly suits your group. I hope you enjoy the music.
